Gym In Paradise began in 1994 or so (island time) as a labor of love for work-out-aholics. It evolved into a full time, full service fitness facility. In 2007, we took over ownership of the gym. We are Mark and Michelle Dallas and this is now our labor of love...
We still live in Pennsylvania, but not for long (we hope!). While off island, we have wonderful, competent people caring for our gym. Val is our go-to, everything kinda girl. She's great - see her if you need anything!
We're expanding our services - see us for supplements (we take special orders) and, coming soon, we'll have all sorts of classes...yoga, pilates, ball...and even babysitting will be available. The new space is being worked on.
